Your Vote Matters -- rhymed poem
Our Vote for Change

America, our blessed land, filled with opportunity. A country built by citizens who share a victory. The people have stood up for choice, for change, on voting day. Now let us see just what was meant by change; for good, we pray. You have a chance to unify those whose hearts were broken, A chance to form a lasting peace, Hear those who have just spoken. You represent all citizens from each united state. Lead us with equality; diminish all the hate. Mr. President, your mandate is to unite our world in peace. You are the hope of nations. Let the words of anger cease. |
