Encouraging children to dream but to always be themselves.

If you could be anything

by Caroline slator

If you could be anything  just for a day,
What would you be?
What would you say?

Would you be a monkey and swing from tree to tree,
Play through out the forest with your monkey family.

would you be a Dinosaur with the biggest roar of all
A giant in the jungle so big,  so fierce, so tall

would you be a spider with 8 big giant legs, crawl up on the ceiling and cast a stunning web

would you be an Eagle and soar high up in the sky, think of All the fun you'd have if you could spread your wings and fly

A gorrila or a meercat,  a penguin or a cat, a kaola or a stingray
Oh just imagine that!

Would you be A pirate and sail the seven seas, Looting lots of treasure for no one else to steal.

If you could be a superhero, which one would you be?  Spiderman or Batman , Thor or Wolverine,  Raven or Mystique or would it be Shuri?

Would you be an astronaut and blast off to the stars, Blow up a massive asteroid then spend the night on mars.

Would you be a famous Actor where the whole world knows your name, Think of all the glitz and glam,  all the riches and  the fame

You could be a Musician or maybe a gold olympic star, You could be a pilot or drive a racing car,

You could be a doctor a teacher or a cop. A butcher or a barber or a farmer tending crops

If you can imagine,  if you can believe, Then there's nothing in this whole wide world that you can not achieve.

It's wonderful to dream of all the thing that you can do, But the best thing you can ever be is to keep on being YOU!
