Lord of all mankind.

Watching and Waiting

Faith is the evidence of things not yet seen
He waits and watches man and his dream
He knows our name and every hair known
Our Father God loves to forgive sin shown

Like children we have all gone astray
Patiently He waits day by day
Till the time we are ready to ask
Forgive me Lord, take me to task

Without faith we are lost to the sword
With faith we are in the arms of our Lord
Every day He is with us in every way
Gentle Jesus meek and mild please stay

Our world is a melting pot of fear and greed
Lord, we know, by your mighty hand you lead
Lead us through the vale, you will fill our need
Need to feel the Everlasting Arms warm indeed
