Escaping a toxic legacy and rising stronger.

Finally Free

by Asher S.

In youth, I admired my father's authority and elegance,
But as I grew older,
I saw the shadows of a manipulative man.

His damage became clear - a narcissist hiding cruelty, choosing vices over family.
Standing against his toxic reign, his anger flared, unable to face the truth.
Lost in smoke and pills, inflicting deep wounds and haunting scars.

Now, I stand in my own light, breaking free from his toxic grip,
Rising stronger from the ashes of his broken crown.
