flames if scarlet brought,

This is my first submission to fanstory. It is a poem about eternity and part of an ongoing story of how man takes the knowledge of the "gods" by venturing into the realm of the dead. This is a theme that is common across various disjunct world cultures, such as the celts and the greeks.
