Love has no expiration date

by Lisasview

B'neath calm clouds of endless time,
their paths had crossed again -- oh, fate!
No changes made, their lives still chime ...
love has no expiration date.
Click - click, ticked the bell of time ...
His lips caressed each soft, closed lid;
air filled with longing, deep desire
All that which they knew life forbids ...
was wished - her heart he could acquire.
For her, his feelings ne'er denied ...
intense, the moments they both sought.
Though, naked, boldly they were tied;
forever bound, this was their lot.
Smooth fingers found a single tear;
emotions clung to bosoms bare.
In warm hands crying, without fear,
until no more sad tears they'd share.
