My Suicide attempts.

Note:On December 1st, 2006.
I made an unsuccessful.
Attempt to end my very life.
With a 7-in serrated steak night directly into my chest twice, hitting the heart valve and bleeding internally.
To the right side of my neck three times.
Praying to God I would slice open the juggler and die out.

Note: And, if you know somebody whom is feeling severely depressed and possibly suicidal, please call the national suicide hotline at 988 or simply dial 9-11.
