Bereft begs on blood-shredded knees bread, please

Ragged clothes and skeletal arms rattle bread, please

Empty red soil infertile cold fields bread, please

Ask the children with bowed bent backs bread, please

Drowned in the dust is grandma's heart pain bread, please

Pleading victims wars ravenous repast bread, please

Lamenting the winter the soldiers bear hunger bread please

Extoles no virtue starving the masses bread, please

Animal flesh the rotting earth totters bread, please

Savage ending one open hand grasping bread, please

Exiting life children's withered mouth whispers. bread....please.

As the earth's natural resources deplete and food becomes sporadic the starving increase and disease runs rampant, We must look to ourselves and rise above all our petty BS and see the world and what's going on here and now.
