Seasons of Mind, Body, Spirit I

Seasons of Mind, Body, Spirit

                 I
 
To find peace within your soul and mind,
one needs to look beyond the worldly noise
and seek the source of love that is Divine.
The one that fills your heart with grace and joy.
 
To nourish your spirit, one must learn
to meditate and pray with gratitude.
Then listen to the wisdom that you earn,
from those who share your faith and attitude.
 
To grow in your spiritual well being
You have to practice kindness every day.
And serve the ones who need your help and caring.
And spread the light of hope along the way
 
Faith is more than just a word we say.
It is trusting in the Lord each day.
He who made the earth and sky and sea.
He who gave His life to set us free.
