A Minute Poem

Peace at last

by kahpot

sins of man took me far away
to lands of grey

fighting for greed
their selfish deed

torn from hope my every dream
now man unseen
with tears un-cried
for those who died

I prayed each day for me to save
and this He gave
as I am home
where love is known
