Zen 5/7/5 Poem for the Haiku Club

lone monk pours his grief
on the shore of babbling brook — good-listener rocks  |
a 5/7/5 poem looks like a haiku but it is not. Haiku has many rules but 5/7/5 poem rules are only the syllable count.
