Exceptional
This work has reached the exceptional level
Jesus freed me of my sins so I could begin again In Him!

His Great Love and Mercy!

by Fonda Little

"In the old life,
of the old man that was me,
I was so very lost,
and so very blind,
that absolutely nothing,
couldst I see,
and corruption drenched deep,
in all of my ways,
as the devil, my friends,
was all of my days,
and with each sin,
I dug deeper down,
until I lost sight,
of solid ground,
and by myself alone,
this I couldn't quit,
as I had fallen in love,
with the muck of that pit!

Through all of my,
self-inflicted,
anguish and misery,
my soul so longed,
and yearned to be free,
so with all of my being,
I called out,
on bended knees,
'Jesus, Oh Lord,
save me please!'

Then while at the very bottom,
of the pit,
of my own wretchedness,
from up above me,
a faint glimmer of light,
didst I finally see,
and as The Light,
came oh so closer,
I could make out the outline,
of The Most Caring Hand,
of The Person,
That Ever Walked Upon This Land!

The One of The Son of Man!

He placed His Holy Hand,
upon my shoulder,
as my burdens fell down,
from them like boulders,
and my sins He,
remembers no more,
for they were paid in full,
by Him on That Cross,
by The Freely Given Life,
of My Now-Risen Lord!

He took His Other Hand,
and grasped mine,
and pulled me from the pit,
to abide In Him,
for all of time!

For in His Great Love and Mercy,
I was not destroyed,
but made completely anew,
In Him,
as I have now been filled,
with His Peace and Joy,
and I shall continue to point,
every person,
that I meet to Him,
and follow My Lord Jesus,
in all that He,
to mine heart shall say,
for He Shall Forever Be,
The Life, The Truth,
and The Way!"

I got on my knees and asked The Lord His Will for my life and for the power to carry that out and He gave me the word, "Mercy", and spoke this poem through me on that subject! He also led me to this picture and Lamentations 3:22-23 as well! All Praise, Honor, Glory, and Respect Goes to Jesus and Jesus alone because He so rightfully deserves it and always will, now and forevermore!

Lamentations 3:22-23
King James Version
22 It is of the Lord's mercies that we are not consumed, because his compassions fail not.

23 They are new every morning: great is thy faithfulness.
