translucent moonlight plunges through slanted shutters that bathes me in blue remembering my love bites all over your bare body how can I forget our insatiable hunger for each other’s touch your sweltering silky skin and your beautiful blue eyes |
The Somonka, is a Japanese verse of 2 TANKA unrhymed poems (5/7/5/7/7 - 5/7/5/7/7) exchanged between all types of love: lovers, parents, children, etc ... in a statement and response: example = wife writes tanka for husband, husband responds with his own tanka for her.
