There are so many things I take for granted.
Crystal Clear

'Why is water yellow, Mama?' my little brother asks.
Mama smiles, trying to hide her fear. She always does her best to protect us.
'Because God adds gold to it.'
My brother seems happy with her answer, but I know better. Far away, people have transparent water without floating bugs. When I'm big, I'll bring it to my village.
I look down and think of Papa and that thing called cholera that took him away.

I realized (once again) how incredibly lucky I am.
I'm sure if we all help a little bit, we can win. It will be a victory for us all.
