Limerick - Please scoop the poop!
Doggy Doos and Don'ts
When I walked in the park without care,
I stepped in some dog poo while there.
It is not the dog’s fault
that its needs made it halt,
but the owners who cause my despair.
I will loudly exclaim and declare:
“They should scoop up the poop! That’s just fair.”
A pooetic device
came to mind in a trice,
but the stink on my shoe is still there.
Definition: ‘In a trice’ means in a small amount of time.
