An Echo of the Slap!

The slap of slap under my left ear starts echoing whenever I recall the incident.
Once, newly wedded, I with my wife went to the theater and returned late. We noticed my elder brother, a widower, smoking in the courtyard.
Smiling, the brother said, "How's the movie?"
I replied joyfully, "Entertaining!"
"Who's the heroine?"
"I'm not interested in heroines," I reacted naturally.
"Am I lecherous?" Thundering, he forcibly slapped!
Confounded, I remained standing. Assuaging my grief, my wife soon took me to our room.
"Sweetheart, I'm in a dilemma. Cry or laugh?" I said, smiling. Ultimately, we had a hearty laugh!!
