Exceptional
This work has reached the exceptional level
I put myself down.

I Try To Be Perfect

I'm not perfect, but I try to be.
Jesus was perfect; he died for me.
I do not do well at everything.
I am not great, but I love to sing.

Sometimes I crocheted the whole night through.
I don't like to make a small boo boo.
Too many times I put myself down.
I don't want to smile; instead I frown.

I am beautiful in every way.
I know I need to take time to pray.
Everything will work out in the end
If I try to be my own best friend.

Every day I have choices to make,
And I need to learn from each mistake.
Giving up is not the way to go.
God gave me patience; it's helped me grow.
