An Abecedarian Poem

Alphabet Faith

by Lana Marie

Another day to think about the Lord
Breathing in fresh air
Counting all my blessings
Doing the things I care

Every time I pray and call out His name
Faith fills my heart since in Him, I remain

God, Abba Father, He loves you the same
His mercy and grace they carry no shame
Inspiring us to believe in His name

Jesus is Lord, I lift my voice and sing
King of my heart, love, peace and joy,   He does bring

Living for Him, is by far my best choice
My hope for all, to repent and rejoice

Never did I think when I was little
Of a written poem alphabet riddle

Poems about my faith for others to read
Quite the adventure sowing each new seed

Rhyming words in a well thought out story
Spreading some good news to bring Him glory

Thankful He’s forgiven each of our sin
United together, in Him we win

Victory is always our battle cry
Without Him as Lord, one can only try

Xenas, a woman who is confident
Yahweh, in Mary, God’s only son sent

Zapping the enemy’s evil intent
