drinking tea, then walking by the beach at sunset

Drinking Tea in the Afternoon

In the afternoon
I often drink a cup of tea
It comforts me

As I sit on the veranda
Looking at the sun
Shining over the world

Later I might go to the beach
Watch the waves
On the water

Enjoying the evening breeze
As I watch the sunset
Another day is done

I like to drink herbal tea in the afternoon, coffee in the morning. I live near the beach but have not been there as much as I should.
