Message received from my...

Bird of Peace

by Boogienights

I saw a dove that was passing through

Through a near cloudless vast sky of blue

Blue I have been but the sight brought me peace

Peace to my heart that helped me renew

Renew from the troubles that clouded my thoughts

Thoughts of the pain that my old age has brought

Brought to me now on the wings of a dove

Dove... thank you for the relief I've long sought

Sought out and found though the dove is now gone

Gone...But my feeling of peace still lives on
