Summer Dreams

Among frail ferns and wispy willows,
I dream beside the water's edge.
Beneath blue skies filled with soft pillows,
among frail ferns and wispy willows,
there, time reclines and breathing slows.
I wave a fan of river sedge.
Among frail ferns and wispy willows,
I dream beside the water's edge.
