a love poem for a special person

the girl from six roads

Rapunzel, Cinderella
Snow and her seven dwarves.
Riding Hood and Bella
Ariel beneath the wharves.

My mother does not cower
as the covid spell will fade.
Princess flowers locked in towers,
relentless, stoic, staid.

Fairy tales and fables ~ little lessons that they weave.
In my dreams, I'm hugging her, I pray in love. Believe.
