Good times in the 1990s.

Years Ago

Back in the '90s, there were good times,
people didn't wear face masks,
I played basketball with my friends,
my parents took me to a concert,
when asked them for permission,
my buddies and I used to play football.

I rode my bike outside each day,
my sister and I used to play tennis,
it was a time of innocence,
there were no worries at that time.

Kept playing with my pet dog,
my brother and I took turns
taking him for a walk.
Life was fun back then.

Write a poem about "the good old days" as you remember them. Any type, at least six lines


Back in the '90s my favorite singer was Mariah Carey and my favorite sport was basketball. I had good times listening to her music and played basketball with my friends. It was a time where there wasn't Covid-19. We were free to go out and have fun.
