cornflower sky

by judester

Yellow daffodils trumpeting spring
birds of all kinds, melodically sing,
lilac winds soft as butterfly wings.

Silver clouds scratch cornflower skies
these aerial lines amuse wintery eyes.

Spring passes, through snow ashes, to rise.
