Strangers Kiss in COVID Era

It's New Year's Eve in New York. Social distancing has limited the gathering size. As the countdown for the New Year's ball keeps coming up people shout out the seconds as time passed nearing the end of 2020. They keep looking at each other waiting, for 2021 to come around.
They were counting twenty seconds of what is left, of 2020. Pretty soon, it will be 2021. It became the time during the COVID Era. Strangers hugged each other. Two strangers meaning a man and a woman kissed each other for the first time. Now it's 2021 in Covid-19 era.
