Excellent

Love all the seasons but Spring is the best.

Seasons

Love the warm long days of summer
Walking beaches picking shells
Smearing on the suntan lotion
Splashing in the ocean swells

Slowly creeps the cooler weather
Into Fall with shorter days
Leaves begin to change their color
Nature shows controlling ways

Winter enters with a cold blast
Snow banks drift across the plains
Hoarfrost fills the air with crystals
Jack Frost etches window panes

But my favorite quarter's Spring time
When the whole earth comes alive
Birds begin to build a new home
And bee workers clean their hive

On each tree are growing leaf buds
Green is sprouting from the earth
Wind is sweeping out past seasons
Making ready for new birth
