If you have a green thumb, what flowers do you plant? What is your secret ways of making your flowers bloom? How do you bed prep, fertilize and prune? Do you share your cut flowers with friends and families? Do you enter your flowers in the county or state fair? Do you take pictures of your flowers and share these as cards for friends?
Be creative with your story about flowers and favorite gardens.
My neighbor is using corn hay bales for his tomatoes, the new blink. Are you using special ways to grow your vegetables or roses? Do you plant rainbow gardens or all white flowers and why?
Minimum length 700 words. Maximum Length 3,000 words. Recommended length 2,000 - 3,000 words.
The contest winner will win half of the prize pool which is based on the number of entries. The second and third place winners will each share the remaining prize pool. The prize pool is currently 22.00 member dollars. There are 7 spots still open. If all open spots are used the prize pool will be 36.00 member dollars. In this contest at least 5 submissions must be made for the vote to begin.
