Lightning strikes
by randman58
Wes sprung through the doors, lungs bursting as if he'd been held under water. He was not ready to be a father.
Bending over a nearby bench shaking, he drew in long breaths. A lousy job and no prospects, maybe it would be better for Anne and the baby if he left.
An old man sitting there, sensing his turmoil stood, "Big moment, eh. They are the benchmarks of life. The only really bad decision you can make at these times is to run away." He walked off.
It hit like lightning, "That's It!"
