Antonym Cinquains

Poetry Contest

-Choose two words or ideas that are opposite in meaning and write one cinquain for first word/idea and one cinquain for the opposite word/idea. A cinquain is defined as follows:
*A short, usually unrhymed poem, with a syllable count of
2-4-6-8-2, written in five lines.

-Only one piece of artwork. NO self-identifying images allowed, nor any identifying references in author notes or description. The artwork should also be appropriate for all audiences.

-A two color presentation: one for background, another for font.

-NO added graphics, symbols, or videos.

-Poems should be appropriate for all audiences: nothing offensive, in bad taste, or requiring a warning.

-Note 1: My poem "Perceptions," found in my portfolio, is two cinquains about hiding and revealing the truth. Many thanks to dragonpoet, who gave me the idea of antonym cinquains for the name of my poem.

-Note 2: This is NOT an antonym poem, but two cinquains about opposite words or ideas. Be creative!
