A Shorter Short Work
Write a shorter version of a Short story that you've already posted on the site.
Rules:
1)(The most important rule)--The word count of the original story has to be above 2000 words and the word count of the story you submit (the short version) has to be below 700 words.
2)Mention the link to your original work in the Author Notes (because some may be interested in reading the original, long version.)
3)Prose only.
4)Mention the word count of both the stories in the Author notes.
Example, Original version - 2578
Short Version - 678
5)The title should be something like this - 'title of the original story' (Short Version)
For example, The Blue Mountain (Short Version)
6)The artwork should also be similar to the original story's artwork.
