A very well-written heartfelt poem. We are often only think about the wrongs others do to us and we forget the wrongs we have done to others. When we forgive those who done us wrong we may receive forgiveness from those we have wronged.

This is a heart-felt plea to make things right after we've wrong someone. I think you're suffering more than the person you wronged. That may be your penance. We can only pray to make things better.

God will handle our reactions to betrayals. God is there to help us through it. He doesn't stop evil, but He helps us. Thank you for sharing this well written poem with us.
