I like what you say here, especially the phrase "Rise, be wise." We need uplifting words like this to combat this enemy, the virus, whatever, this is a nasty one. The short lines that you use in this poem are incisive and precise.

I was looking at the incredible collective similarities of the Spanish flu and Corona virus, I guess they had at least something to historically to make a connection.
