Thank you for this piece. It evokes a very strong image and lends itself to various interpretations. For me, my thoughts were immediately brought to the current anxieties we face with the Carona Virus. The tossing of the waves mirroring the emotions of fear. Was this what you were expressing?

Your poem reads scary and true. Your final line describes how we are preparing as things get worse, we will persevere as the going gets tougher. You crafted your poem to express the worst that has been happening already. Really really good entry.
