What a nasty man. Perhaps he'll be killed, but most likely not. At least Hamish and Lydia will have a good start getting away from Lucas. Not that I like him any better. Now the fight will begin. Moving on! :)) Sandra xx

Thank you Roy. And thanks for hanging in there with this story. I know I go too long between postings, I'm trying to do better and have written well ahead so I can post with short breaks.Tthe next few chapter with have lots of action as there will be lots of dragon drama. I hope am doing it justice. I haven't really seen or read about dragons fighting each other, ususlly it's one dragon terroizing a town or smething. So hope I got it right. I guess I'll find out =} Thanks so much again. Rox

This is a good installment and full or rich, meaty details. I also see spiritual implications representing our modern times. My favorite line, "Why had they not discovered the enemy right in their doorstep?" Reminds me of America right now.
A broad critique in the hope of getting this fine work noticed here on FanStory. Too much time lapses between the chapters and the characters are so similar, we forget who is who. Especially, which ones are the good guys. Thank you for offering the characters at the bottom, but possibly consider at the beginning a refresher for those who may not remember the characters from the previous chapter. Long intervals between chapters tend to erase our memories, and we have to backtrack before we read. Just a thought. I want this fine story reviewed and appreciated. It really is so well done!

Thank you Sally. You are right, I do worry about people forgetting the story and I don't really promote it much as I know it won't get many reviews. I was stuck for a while, but have been working hard on it and have enough chapters,( or parts as in a real book my whole book could fit in 2 chapters0 to post often as I did in the beginning.The next few I hope will be exciting as there is lots of dragon drama.=} Thank you for the read and hanging in there and I'll try to do better with it.
