Hello what a delightful poem for not only children and it is also good for us grown up to say--
"God you are great. God you are good.
And we thank you for our food.
By your hand we are fed.
Thank you for our daily bread."

HI THERE GERT: This is the first food blessing that I learned as a child.
Our parents let us say blessing...and taught us to say this.
So...my sisters and brothers are still saying it to this day.
