What a WONDERFUL, thoughtful and so very moving tribute to Jason! Your style captures the reader's imagination from the beginning all the way through the tragic ending -- how heartbreakingly beautiful! :) :( :) :(
Just a few grammatical corrections would help your message be delivered more smoothly, some of which I have highlighted below:
nice Son -- nice, Son
stasrt -- start
one Jay -- one, Jay
swan -- swam
like i was -- like I was
I know Jason -- I know, Jason
girl Angel are -- girl, Angel, are
jason -- Jason
Oh, and your title has been the victim of this site's editor! :) :) :) Be sure to fix "Wence th�?�¨re " as soon as possible! :) :) :)

I am so sorry for your loss. I know it must be a constant ache to have lost a child. I cannot imagine it. This is very sweet. Sounds like you had a great relationship. Makes for great memories. I posted not long ago about my sis who passed 6 yrs ago. Can't believe it's been that long. But we fought like cats and dogs, we called her the Wild Cat because of her temper. But she change after marrying and becoming a mother, so have good and bad memories, but all made up my sis. I still think of her every day.
I am wondering if you want the poem title to appear as it does. It looks like the editor add some 'As' and ? I don't think you want in there. Also the 2000 post has 'Swan" I wonder if you mean "swam'. 4th line from bottom of that part.
Over all very well done and sweet. Rox

Sorry for your loss, too Roxanna.
I cleaned this up and miss the 'Swan.'
Added Editors Notes which gives it more meaning.
