This reminds me of a book called The Wounded Healer. We heal through our woundedness and bring light through our darkness. You draw the reader in with a challenge to see how they have or can grow from their pain. Not to focus on their hardships but to focus their growth. I like you use of your use of alliteration. Well written. I voted for you.

A great poem with an exquisite sense of self-being and self-acceptance defined by a humanity sated with love, anguish, betrayal, decisiveness, wrong and hurt with no denials or want for change. The artwork, a tree bared down to the wood, is an excellent way of depicting that vision. Very well done.

This speaks questions which disaster in life would we like to change, poet suggests nothing, past is unchangeable, instead we learn profitably, without betrayal we never understand the value and existence of loyalty, likewise we should embrace the gift of today and live happily; well written, well done.
