Fabulous and so true. It's a blessing that we cannot (at this point anyway) read each other's true thoughts. It puts forth the possibility that other's may indeed be sending darts our way. Good luck in the contest with this worthy entry. Marilyn

ha ha! I needed a laugh today, and you gave it to me! The visual representing your words was perfect! I will have to take a peek at your work more often. Hopefully, you write longer pieces as well, because you seem to have the knack for writing!

It's been 3 lonely (not really) decades in a brown LA haze. I do write longer pieces. Just finished one. LA traffic seems to put me into a writing coma at stop lights. Thankfully, it was a long light... I imagined an Indian sacred hunt. Not posted yet. soon, hope you can read... uh, oh the light just changed and the guy in back is honking already. Got to go. yours, di xo

Yes so true. This is a very good three line poem on a very original subject. You have said it all in very few words. I wish you good luck in the competition.

Great 3 line poem entry. What you have expressed in the written words, all of us have thought at some time or another. Best of luck in the contest. Kat

This is a thought provoking 3 line poem. The need to duck conjures up darts of criticism issuing forth from other minds. This makes me question what other eyes behold in my thoughts! I would need some instruction in developing a poker face.

A great entry into the 3 line Poetry Contest. That would be difficult to see a thought, but it is an impossible task well explained or to see a thought , the electronic images and thereby transpose them and decipher them quickly enough to allow a duck is miraculous. Great job, thanks for sharing.

Well since you put it that way kiddo... nonetheless, the duck is in the chain of electronic images and happens instantly. Great review as always. yours di
