I can relate to your poem and how life just seems to keep sailing along. It feels very honest and real, like a friend is sharing their day. It is lighthearted and fun.

It took me awhile to teach myself not to get up set for responding late.

What a great poem to express the crazy journey of trying to find the time to write each day. "no life raft, help, I'm drowning," is a perfect line to write. I bet so many others can relate to this feeling, too.

Hi Cindy Thanks for reading my poem and yes sometimes I feel like sinking but really this was written with tongue in cheek because I am a little behind in this challenge but will catch up I am determined to do this April challenge and never know what ai will come up until I start LOL Cheers Christine

We're all rather feeling that way as it seems quite a challenge to keep posting a poem a day. (Not for some, but for me anyway!) Glad that you were able to express that feeling of pressure and falling behind which I relate to!

Hi Meeshu, Thank you and one must have some drama LOL I am a little behind bit will complete this challenge on time with 30 poems I never lnow what I will write until ai start so anything may show up Ypur support is very much appreciated Cheers Christine

Yes Exactly I love it because I just start with a line or two and then the rest just appears. I think that is the exciting part. maybe most poets feel the same I never plan any of my poems and only take a few minutes to write them once I start. Cheers Christine

Hi Susan, Thank you and Like you It is challenging but I love it and the only problem is I find it hard to review everyones poem so I have a lot to catch up on but we will keep going . I work also and sometimes I am tired for that at hence to write is a little hard but we will get there hang in their Cheers Christine

Hi Dolly, thanks so much but sometimes I write on the hop once a sentence comes into my head I love to finish it and Sometimes I just write in noise and all but a quiet time is nice to be able to think. A poem a day is a fun challenge I am not to far behind LOL Cheers Christine

Hello Chrissy710. Perhaps we can do a collaboration. I can do some drawings/painting for your book for a small fee. I am trying to branch out there as an artist. If you already have an artist then that is okay as well; just let me know.
