Very very cute writer, yes there is a time and a place for everything and so from what I'm gathering here is that although the title has been given to the birds as lovebirds one of the birds is not in the mood for love. Lol I love the green background color(symbolizing life)and the two birds that are cuddled up, one white, one green, makes a good color scheme. And Writer in life I find that "timing is everything!" Now the connection between the picture, title and the explanation sentence, I have no clue as to the point you're making. Sorry.
