This has lovely rhyme and flow. You certainly describe a magical place. There is a hint of mystery about the mystery person playing the flute. He was not telling. All of us have places that seem to have some magical meaning, and this seems to be a special place for the narrator. We are left with the mystery surrounding the place, as the narrator expresses the hope of finding it again. Music certainly adds to the atmosphere of the place. Excellent work. judi

LOVE this one, Yvonne. I fell in love with the rhythmic feel before I ever got around to the words, but when I DID get around to the words...heaven.

I like the fairy tale aspect of this poem. Thank you for the explanation of this Triquatrain. I went back to read it again specifically to learn how you accomplished this. Your choice of rhyming words within the third lines was exceptionally poetic. Making the second and last lines rhyme as well also showed great skill. I marvel that it doesn't seem contrived in any way, but flows easily. I think I would have difficulty putting one of these stanzas together to meet the requirements. The fact that you produced six and generated a fairy tale while doing it is very impressive. Marge
