This is a really cute poem you have penned about the fish inside the jellyfish. You used very cute words and really great imagery with the art work. I enjoyed it very much! Blessings, Teri

This is another neat poem, but I'm afraid something went wrong with the program-the image is so large it does not fit on the page. I can't see the entire picture, although, from what I can see, it makes me glad I'm not a jellyfish! :)

Thanks, Brenda. Yes, it was a bad choice for size, but perfect for the theme.

Right you are! I hadn't realized that.

Love the word play Bill
Forgive me for being a nonk
But, why directing and not consuming
and why not
looks just like a wish list dish
to enhance the word play further.
Fish inside a jellyfish
looks just like a wish list dish
flounder thinks he's doing well
Consuming this freeloading gel
until a shark goes swish swish by
and eats this jellyfish-fish pie
with respect. :-))Z.

Yout query stems from your unfamiararity with this photo action. Neither is eating. The fish is protected by the jellyfish which is being propelled anddirected by the fish.

I guess we're talking Nimo as in the movie.
my apologies. with a smile and a good shabes.

Thank you for adding the dramatic pictures and coming up with the clever idea of the "jellyfish pie". I also enjoyed your rhymed couplets. Cheers- Joan

This looks like a case where hiding in plain sight did not work so well. Maybe next time, wait, being eaten by a shark means that for him there will not be a next time. Oh well, never mind.

Just when you think you've got life figured out.

Your sense of humor is too clever. Great word combinations with "ish" sounds and rhyming in this fun composition. Love the images. An enjoyable read. Marilyn

Yes, there are no table manner niceties in the ocean. It's eat and be eaten in turn.
I remember catching a squid once and found its last meal still within it. The poem is short and to the point. It speaks of the chain of life in the sea. Little things are eaten by bigger things which are eaten in their turn. The shark is at the head of the food chain as a top predator, but even it is caught and eaten by Man. Ever hungry omnivorous Man. Cheers Cass

Lol! I recognize that fish in a jellyfish! Poor "flounder" thought he was safe until the shark got him. True in life, too, when we think we thought of all the possible threats and start to feel safe...!
