Hi Sandra, I fell way behind on this story, but it's a wonderful chapter. You have a wonderful ability to weave the details throughout. I saw no errors.

What a wonderful plan, Sandra. I absolutely love it. I have no doubt that Rosie will accept Frances whether his eyes are blue or red. He is a motherless baby. They can move to Bristol and be closer to her mum, he can make his chocolate and they will have money from Sir John. Sorry I got lost in my speculation. This was very well done and I am excited to see the next chapter. Thanks for a great chapter.

I am trying to correct a mistake that happened when I was trying to review this before. I went to your synopsis to read it, and I could not get back to this chapter. I did not realize it at the time. Anyway, my review for this was placed under the synopsis for chapter 2. I enjoyed your story very much. I'm sure the synopsis review made no sense. My apologies.

Hi Debbie, hmm, I never thought of that, either. Sometimes, when I have to leave to check on something, I cut and then paste my reply when I get back to it. That way I can seen if what I want to say is correct or not without losing what I'd put in my review. Does that make sense? I'm not that good at explaining things. You should listen to me when I try to give someone directions to get somewhere! LOL. Thank you, my friend, for your lovely review. Big hugs, my friend. :) Sandra xxx

My last six for a dynamite chapter. This solution sounds like it will work, but there's much to be done first.

Btw, I'm unfamiliar with 19th-century England, even though I'm trying to write a book set there. If/when you see a word, expression, item, etc. that doesn't belong, please let me know. Some have been helping, but with Margaret here, you're one of the few readers who would know when I made such an error. Thanks.

Aww, thank you so much for the 6 stars, Phyllis. Yes, loads to be done, and lots of convincing the people involved.

Yes, of course I'll let you know. You are doing really well at the moment. It's been a while since we've heard from Margaret, I hope she's alright. I'll check to see if she's made any comments on Facebook. So many are leaving for one reason or another.

Big hugs, my dear friend. :) Sandra xxx

One of the things I enjoy most about your writing is your descriptive skill and the talent to tell a story so vividly that the reader can see it before their eyes. I loved it when Mildred "lost her rag" and could see her in my mind's eye, with those splayed fingers.

Excellent, and I can't wait to find out how Mildred's plan finally work out.

which I'm dammed(did you really want to spell it this way, and not "damned"?) sure he hasn't, why would Sir John give it to him?

Wonderful chapter. Very informative. One sentence bothered me. Do the English actually say they "eat their tea"? If not, then the children having "ate" their tea might need to be changed.
You are still the only one I review until this cast is off. It takes me forever to write, rewrite, correct, and rewrite a review. It's sooooo frustrating.

Thank you so much, Joan, for your lovely review. Yes, we do eat our tea, and drink our tea! LOL. Tea-time is a light meal which we Brits have had since the year dot. I wasn't aware how funny it sounded until someone else asked me the same question a while ago. LOL! But I have to keep it in as it is our custom. I am so humbled that you only review my work, thank you so very much!. I can well imagine how painful it must be. Big hugs, my friend. xx Sandra xx

I personally think Mildred is on to something. I don't see a problem with her way of thinking. LOL I think Veronica caught on but not too sure about James. This is another good write.

Mildred comes through again. It WAS funny when we showed her frustration with them.

Good solution. Now to make Sir John (and Rosie) see the benefits in it for all of them.

Another great chapter.

Aw, thank you so much, Yvonne, for this lovely review and 6 stars. I think it will be fun trying to convince them all. But Mildred it right, it could work. I'm glad you enjoyed it, my friend. Big hugs. xxx Sandra xx

The story of time travelers are fascinating because their identities are usually hidden. There are subtle hints as to how a conflict in the story will be resolved. I will wait for the next post. Susan

A very good paranormal tale related by a time traveler. The dialog is sufficiently descriptive and a reader is not lost wondering what, where or when. The only thing that makes me wonder, because my children, grandchildren and great grandchildren have played with or now play with their Legos. The author has three-year old Michael playing with his one Lego.

LOL! I've gone back and changed it to, Lego bricks. Thank you so much, Henry, for that, and the lovely review. I'm so pleased you found it easy to pick up. That's so encouraging. Big hugs, my friend. Sandra xx
