This is a good entry for the Become The Animal contest.
Your life as an abandoned pup who is found is well portrayed in your well rhymed verse.

This was so cute I just loved it. It is wonderful when someone rescues a dog and they do become a companion and protector. Very well written and to the point.

This brought a tear to my eye and I have a a good friend who gave a home to a stray dog in Portugal and now the dog is happy and contented, an uplifting write, love Dolly x

Dear Anonymous Poet;
Thank you so much for sharing your entry in the 'Become the Author' contest. You did a good job of showing the emotions of the dog who only wanted to be loved. I'm glad the story went on to tell us that many years later, he still lay at the foot of her bed. Your rhyming pattern and rhythm could be felt throughout the piece.
