So sorry your having a difficult time Roy. We seem to have these trials in our lives. I've come to understand what my mother used to say. God is enough and many times I have had to remind myself of that.
this is a beautiful poem of faith knowing that god does see us as we are without a mask.
Very well done my friend.
Blessings

This poem, God Sees Me As I Am, seems to follow the current loss of young lives and our inability, perhaps, at first, to find any possible forgiveness in our hearts for the shooter. It's only by knowing that we are all forgiven by grace that we could even imagine offering that knowledge to one so vile.

Very nicely done from a religious perspective and would appeal to a modern audience, I would think. Oftentimes, I do not review religious poetry, but I liked this very much and the photo chosen to go with it. Meshes. Meaningful. Very nice.

Lovely photo of a father and his two children. God sees you naked and without a mask. He loves you as you are, His dearest child, His special lamb. God gives his love without regret.

I know where you go - been there myself - a lot! Thanks for a very nice reminder about it! The meter might use a little bit of tweaking, but overall it's very nicely done! 'Thanks again!

This is a poem of faith and I hope that faith helped you through the trials of the last two days and is still helping you. This shows God's love as it is. Unconditional. Like a parent's love for a child. Which we are.
The poem has a smooth meter and no rhymes seemed forced.

I'm sorry you are having a bad time, Roy, life is like that at times, but the one person we can count on one hundred percent, is God. Your poem is so nice, it reminds us all that He is always watching over us. Your author's notes says it all. Big hugs, my dear friend. I hope your trials disappear soon. Sandra xxxx

Yes, He is our refuge and our strength. We may be laughed at for our belief, but we know to turn the other cheek. Nicely written my friend.

Hi Roy, very nice rhyme and flow. God does refresh and renew us. Rejection is something I'm finding grows stronger as the walk to God gets closer. It's interesting how that happens.
