Theme and imagery.
It flowed well and read well with no grammar issues as well.
Adjective Content was aligned well with Objective Content and Descriptive Measures aligned perfectly.

You are so right, DD! Although I don't like hardships or challenges and pray against them for my kids, I know that it's these "obstacles" in life that help us develop our characters and become more compassionate and thankful people.

Lyenochka, you hit the nail on the head with your thoughtful review on my 5-7-5 poem. I too am apprehensive about my kids meeting challenges too soon but know I can at least be there for them to help guide if need be. As for me, I try to be the best I can be, as life, in itself, is quite the challenge with a constant array of outside forces that always seem to be around the corner. ~DD
