There weren't any grammatical errors or issues that I could see. The writing was informative and well written.
Coles knows it cannot match Woolworths and ALDI with product, price, and quality in general. Therefore, Coles used effective advertising and incentives to promote and further the Coles supermarket chains.
You point out their strong points nicely.

Hi, I don't think I have ever read about a supermarket before, especially an Australian one. I enjoyed the information. What is the motivation for this non-fiction write, I wondered as I read it. I actually think some of the Coles advertising is horrible, 'down down, prices are down," drove me crazy, but I guess it stays in your head and that is what marketing is all about. Being remembered, whether it's good or bad, it doesn't really matter. I think the move to personality-driven advertising is less obnoxious.
The only thing I noticed, at the beginning, is a lot of your paragraphs start with the word, 'Coles', and that was a little jarring, but you moved away from doing that toward the end, but I would break-up that clump of paragraphs all beginning that way. Apart from that, it read well. Thanks for sharing, Helen.

A thorough and interesting analysis, particularly pertinent to me at the moment as Coles are in the process of building a new supermarket practically on our doorstep.
A couple of things to consider:
"attractive overseas-international store export" seems to be saying the same thing in three different ways. It could perhaps be worded more tightly.
