I enjoyed this one, Roy. I think they just do because of genetic sequence of the organism. It's why your heart is shaped the way it is and why your eyes are blue, but it's fascinating all the same.
Take care,
Russell

Good morning, Roy
Enjoyed the poem and its message. You raise a good question. What in our evolution determined what cells become what. We could also apply this to humanity -- why do some groups hate, others love and others are ambivalent?
Take care and stay safe,
Ray

I am always amazed when people say "it just happens ". How can any intelligent person not realize that there has to be a master planner.
"Who Commands" brings that message home beautifully.
Well done Roy.
Blessings

An interesting short one. Yes, who's giving the orders? Did the cells just take it upon themselves to join together and become a heart. It is just one of the mysteries of nature, and there has to be some force behind all this creation. Starting with the question is a good device. Something to think about. Your syllable is right-on 5-7-5. judi

So true. Only God's hand can put things of the human body and of nature together to form such wonderful things that we can't even imagine. Thank you for sharing.

Hi, Roy;
I have always marveled at the way a human baby is made in the womb. We can see it go from cells into the human shape - but how do the cells know what they will grow into?
How can anyone see a baby come from an egg and a sperm and not believe in God? Every baby is a miracle,

You've got it Patty, one has to ask, where did the single cell come from? I've never had a satisfactory answer, thanks dear Patty for this wonderful review. Blessings, Roy
