Deep but when I read it I understood, that time does seem to go by faster the older we are when we are at the last days of our time. Nicely done

That's just because you are so busy in this, your "last chapter," doing all the fun things that you meant to accomplish in the previous chapters. Right? Right!
On a more serious note, I feel the very same thing. Time is passing by much too quickly, but I do hope I have many chapters left...or at least a sequel in my future!

The words of this poem are so true. Time continues on and doesn't stand still or wait for anyone. I remember when I was a lad desiring so much to be grown. When I got here, it wasn't all that it was made out to be. Thanks for sharing this. Well done.

I am with you on that one Jen, funny how time goes by so quickly when you are older! At the start of the book the chapters went by so slowly and we were all anxious to be adults! Great words, good luck with the contest, love Dolly x

Yep I am definately in the last chapter and time is racing by but I have to say it is one of the best chapters. (So far). Love Jen.x

This poem is thought-provoking in its metaphor. Hopefully, you are not writing your final chapter in your book because you know what comes after that final chapter.
However, I must agree that the final chapter is usually the most exciting chapter because it normally contains the twists.
