I absolutely loved this story. It's so sweet and innocent. I am wondering what happened to Pat.

He usually came home around eleven-thirty, and I was always on myperch to watch him. (my perch, space issue)

Hey, I'm old, but I still like romance. This story introduces a character (who remains unnamed except for "beautiful") who is delightfully fifteen (I taught sophomores for years and they ARE like this). I love her plan and can appreciate her glee when he looks up at her empty window disappointed. The ending seems contrived, however, when they just met weeks later and started dating. I do hope you work this into a longer story, perhaps a YA novel because your narrator has great appeal.

It was several weeks before we actually met in the daylight. We started dating a few days later.
It wasn't until the next Valentine's Day when he found out who the mysterious Valentine was. I signed my card, Anonymously Yours.' I loved this it was utterly brilliant! I think your story is amazing well done I enjoyed it so much kindest and warmest regards love Meia xx
